Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this evening’s practice will meet you wherever you are in your journey.
The style of pranayama breathwork we will be doing is not about forcing “results” or even having a specific goal; rather, it is an opportunity to remember and allow what is already inside to surface. We’ll use the life-giving power of the breath to move stuck energy, clear old patterns, and release what is no longer in service of our lives.
