How Many People Does it Hold?

  • 25 people sit easily in a circle/oval, 35 for dancing, 60 max for hanging out (concert or a party)

  • The main floor space is 16x24 feet, with extra space for a DJ set up. 

*  Note that there is only ONE bathroom. Keep this in mind as you schedule the number of people for your event or plan out your breaks.

Does HeartLab Host Public and Private Events?

HeartLab is available both for events open to the public, and for events with a private guest list. Please note that HeartLab is not a good place for loud, late parties. See more about noise above. 

What Supplies Do You Have?

Event Supplies:

  • 25 Backjacks (stored under the day bed)

  • Yogi Teas and hot water kettle

  • Filtered Water Dispenser

  • Square folding table for checking people in

  • One folding table: standard rectangle table, three fabric table cloths

  • 6 Yoga Mats

  • 4 blow up mattresses

  • Vankyo Projector (you can connect to a computer or phone with the correct cords)

  • Somatic tools (foam roller, lacrosse ball, punching gloves and pads, foam cube and baton)

  • Sound healing instruments (rain stick, chimes, singing bowl, small gong)

  • Blankets (15)

  • Brown wicker floor table (3’ x 3’ wide and 1 foot tall)  (stored under the day bed)

  • Tan massage table with one dark blue sheet   (stored under the day bed)

  • Large Metal trough for ice and cold beverages

  • Small plastic container for ice and beverages

  • Microwave

  • Mini fridge

  • LED candles

Cleaning Supplies:

  • Natural all purpose cleaning solutions 

  • Hardwood floors swiffer mop

  • Carpet Cleaner

  • Vacuum Cleaner

  • Duster

  • Dust Pan and broom

  • Hose and sprayer

Office Supplies:

  • Pens, markers, miscellaneous supplies

  • Legal pads and small pads

  • Two dry erase boards, one standing, one handheld

Bathroom Supplies:

  • Hand Soap

  • Essential Oil Diffuser

  • Feminine products

  • Antibacterial spray

Do You Have a Stage?

YES! The Day Bed is also a stage.  Remove the top mattresses and pillows to reveal the stage.

You can lift the skirt around the stage and pull out the back jacks. Once they are removed, you will have space for the tri fold mattresses, sheets, blankets if you so choose, to go underneath.
